DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA ONLY.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.  

DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE LONGER TO REACH YOU THAN USUAL.

Orders are sent via Sendle, or if they are more remote via Australia Post. 
Delivery is a flat rate of $9.50 per order to anywhere in Australia. 

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with tracking details that will give you a delivery time estimate. Please check your junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours however there may be times where delays are outside of our control. Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be collected by our courier until the next business day ie Monday.

If you wish to ensure that you order arrives quickly then you can opt in to have your order sent Express Post via Australia post for $18.50.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to delivery delays caused by Covid-19 some parcels are arriving with only a few days delay while others may take longer to be delivered. Your parcel will almost certainly take longer to reach you than normal during these times, so please ensure you allow extra time for your parcel to arrive. 
 
Deliveries may also take longer during November and December, please allow extra time due to the high volume of orders during these months.

INCORRECT INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed changes are able to be made so long as your parcel has not been picked up or sent. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.   

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at admin@slimmamaco.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
 
MISSING PARCELS
On the event that your parcel is late up or is lost, please contact us admin@slimmamaco.com and we can follow up for you.   


CHRISTMAS & SALE PERIODS
During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. We aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how important it is to receive your items promptly.
