What are the Slim Mama Co Booty Bands made of? Cotton and latex. They are super durable and much stronger than normal rubber bands.
How are they different from rubber bands? The great thing about fabric bands is that they do not roll, pinch or snap like rubber bands. They are also wider than most rubber bands which means they stay in place and you don’t have to keep adjusting them throughout your workout.
How do I wash the Booty Bands? The bands should be hand washed in cold water. Rinse thoroughly and hang them out to dry. Make sure they are completely dry before using. Do not place them under the sun, in a dryer or use an iron on them. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.
How should I store my Booty Bands? Store them in a cool and dry area with good ventilation
I’ve never worked out before, which band should I use? This depends on your strength and weaknesses in each exercise. We generally recommend starting with the lightest band and progressing from there when you feel ready. We have added little coloured dots throughout our program beside every exercise with our suggested band to use if you are unsure. But go with what you feel comfortable with.
How fast can I expect to see results? This will depend on a few factors such as your current fitness level and how often you can workout using our Slim Mama Booty Bands. In saying that, if you're using your Booty Bands 2-3 times a week, you should begin to notice results after a few weeks. To get the best results it is important to use the bands 2-3 times a week, be consistent, always be progressively overloading (working harder than the week before) and ensuring you can feel your muscles working. Can I use the Booty Bands while pregnant or breastfeeding? If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we always recommend that you speak to your healthcare practitioner when starting a new exercise regime. In saying that, resistance bands are highly recommended by physical therapists because they are low impact, low risk of dropping weights on yourself and they focus on strengthening your hips, glutes, knees, and core
I totally love the 10 minute express workouts in the program. So easy to follow and time efficient. I do them 3 to 4 times a week and its made such a difference. My booty is looking firmmmmmm.
