SWEET POTATO WALNUT LOAF

Ingredients:
1/2 large sweet potato (150g) cooked then mashed 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter, melted 
1/2 cup walnut flour 
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (vanilla)
1 tbsp coconut flour 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp baking powder 
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped walnuts 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf tray and line with baking paper. Blend all ingredients except walnuts until smooth. Pour in mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool in tray. Once cool, carefully remove loaf from tray and slice into 8 equal pieces. Store leftovers in the fridge.
