ROCKY ROAD PROTEIN BALLS
1/2 cup vanilla low fat yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 x sugar free sandwich cookies
1/4 cup mini marshmallow
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (chocolate)
2-4 tbsp of milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
Roughly crush up biscuits. Add Slim Mama Shake, coconut flour, yoghurt, milk and marshmallows and stir together until combined. If mixture is too dry add more milk. But don’t rush to add more milk as the coconut flour can take a few minutes to absorb the liquid.
Roll into 8 round balls. Place in fridge to set.
