PROTEIN TEMPURA OREOS

Ingredients:
14 Oreos
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour 
1.5 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
1/8 cup Coconut Flour 
1 tsp granulated stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Sprinkles 
3 Egg Whites 
200ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Add all dry ingredients (except Oreos and sprinkles) into a bowl and mix until combined. Mix in the wet ingredients and combine until it’s a smooth batter. Add batter to the freezer and cool for 5-10 minutes to help thicken it up. Once your batter is cool, take out and dip in your Oreos one at a time. Place on a lined baking tray and sprinkle the sprinkles on each one. Bake the Oreos for 8 minutes.
