125g Smooth Ricotta Cheese
125g Light Greek Yoghurt
1 scoop Vanilla Slim Mama Shake
1/2 tsp Granulated Stevia
Preheat oven to 180° C.
Make protein balls mix (as directed) by pouring mix into a bowl with 75ml of water and combine.
In a 6 cup muffin tray, press 15g of protein ball mix into the base of all 6 cups.
(SMC TIP: With the remaining mixture of the protein ball mix, make protein balls).
In a bowl, add ricotta cheese, yoghurt, Slim Mama Shake, stevia, egg and cornstarch and stir together.
Divide mixture into 6 muffin cups.
Bake for approx 20 minutes.
