PEANUT BUTTER X BISCOFF PROTEIN BALLS
8 tsp biscoff
1/4 cup peanut butter, slightly melted
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
2-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
On a plate, drop 8 tsp of biscoff making sure they aren’t touching each other. Freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer and using your hands roll them into balls.
Set back in the fridge.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, coconut flour, Slim Mama Shake and almond milk. If it’s too dry add more milk. Mix in the dark chocolate chips.
Wrap the cookie dough mixture around each biscoff ball.
Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
