2 bananas, mashed
2 tbsp peanut butter, melted
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbsp strawberry jam
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either choc or vanilla)
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Divide mixture into the muffin holes. Bake for 20-23 mins.

Benefits of Bananas! 🍌 
Bananas are an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B6, potassium and vitamin C.  
Bananas are renowned for being high in potassium. Why do we need potassium? Potassium is important for balancing your electrolytes which is in charge of regulating fluid balance, nerve signals and muscle contractions. It also helps with regulating your blood pressure. Bananas also contain fibre (for going to the toilet 💩 ) and carbohydrates (for energy 🤸🏽‍♀️) and resistant starch which has a prebiotic effect helping to keep your gut bacteria happy!
The reason bananas get a bad rap is the fact that they have a lower water content so they are higher in natural sugars compared to other fruits. But this doesn’t mean you need to avoid them! Our advice is to stick to no more than 2 fruit serves a day (including one banana 🍌), and try not to get those large bananas you see at the supermarket, stick to ones that are small to medium size. One small to medium banana has 110-120 calories.
