PB PRETZEL FINGER SANDWICHES
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake - vanilla
1 tbsp milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
25g dark choc chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a medium size bowl, mix together the peanut butter, almond meal, maple syrup, Slim Mama Shake, and milk until well combined.
If the dough is too dry add more milk (slowly), if it's sticky pop it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Roll the dough into balls, approx 1 large tsp of dough per sandwich. Sandwich dough balls between two pretzels and place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
While the sandwiches are in the freezer, prepare the chocolate mixture by melting together the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 20 second increments.
Dip the pretzel sandwiches halfway into the melted chocolate, place back on baking sheet and freeze for at least 10 minutes.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
