PB & JAM PROTEIN BALLS
3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1⁄4 cup SLIM MAMA SHAKE vanilla
4 tbsp reduced- sugar strawberry jam
3 tbsp coconut flour
1⁄4 cup ground rolled oats
1–2 tsp granulated stevia
1-2 tbsp of milk of choice if mixture gets too dry (we used unsweetened almond milk)
In a medium-size bowl add all your ingredients together until you get a soft dough. If your dough is too wet or sticky, add a bit more of the coconut flour. If your dough is too dry, add a little bit of milk of choice – a little goes a long way!
Let the dough sit in the fridge for 20-30 min.
Roll the dough into 10 balls. Let them set in the fridge.
