MOROCCAN MINI CHEESE WAFFLES
3 Bega cheese stringers
2 tbsp plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Moroccan seasoning
3 tbsp water
Salt to taste (optional)
Cut cheese sticks in half and place a skewer in each.
In a cup add flour, baking powder, Moroccan seasoning and water.
Mix under you have a batter consistency.
Dip each cheese stick into the batter to coat well.
Pop in to a waffle maker under golden and crispy.
