1 medium banana, mashed
1 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp coconut flour
100ml milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
40g dark chocolate, melted
2 tsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 scoop SLIM MAMA SHAKE (chocolate)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp granulated stevia
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Spray muffin tin with olive oil to prevent the bites from sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, mash banana until all lumps are gone.
Mix in the almond meal, coconut flour, baking powder, Slim Mama Shake, stevia and cocoa powder until combined.
In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave until they become a liquid.
Stir well, and add to the batter. Continuing stirring all ingredients together while adding the milk. Once combined, evenly pour batter into the muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
