Ingredients:
2 x Pandaroo Rice paper wraps
1 Egg
1 slice Kraft Singles light cheese
Fresh spinach
 
Directions:
Scramble an egg.
Dip rice papers into warm water.
Layer on 1/2 scrambled egg and 1/2 the cheese slice on each.
Place on the spinach and fold it up.
Cook on frying pan until crispy.
Serve.
