COOKIE DOUGH YOGHURT CUPS

Ingredients:
Base:
½ cup low fat yogurt (any flavour we used vanilla @chobaniau )
2 tbsp coconut flour
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp applesauce
2 tbsp milk (we used unsweetened almond milk @almondbreezeaus )
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp dark chocolate chips
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Choc layer:
50g dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix together base ingredients and layer on the bottom of a 6 hole muffin tin.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Mix together cookie dough ingredients then layer on top of the base layer. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave (be careful not to burn it) then layer on top of the cookie dough layer.
Keep in the freezer.
