Base ingredients: 
2 ripe bananas
1 cup quinoa, soaked in 1.5 cups of water overnight
½ cup sultanas
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 scoop SLIM MAMA SHAKE (choc or vanilla)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in 1/4 cup water overnight
pinch of salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Icing ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter, melted
1 tsp granulated stevia
Ensure the quinoa and chia have been soaked separately overnight.
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Blend all the base ingredients and pour into a lined baking 8 x 8 tray.
Bake for 40 min or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Leave to cool while you make the icing. It should firm up a little.
Meanwhile, make the icing by mashing the bananas then mixing in the cocoa powder, melted peanut butter and granulated stevia until combined.
Spread the icing on the cooled brownies. 
Cut into 16 squares.
