CHOC B’DAY CAKE BALLS
1/2 cup peanut butter, slightly melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
2-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
1-2 tsp sprinkles
Line a baking tray that will fit in your freezer with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Slim Mama Shake, almond milk and coconut flour. Mix with a spatula. If it’s too dry add more milk.
Using your hands, roll 14 balls and space them out on the baking tray.
Chill in freezer for 10 – 15 minutes.
In a small microwave safe bowl, add chocolate and coconut oil.
Microwave until melted. Be careful not to burn.
Once balls are ready, dunk each one into melted chocolate.
Place them on lined baking sheet. Top wth sprinkles and freeze for additional 20 minutes.
