CHERRY DOUGH BALLS

low calorie snack cherry dough ball
 
Ingredients:
160g vanilla low fat yoghurt (we used Yopro)
200g self raising flour
2 tsp Natvia or sweetener of choice
10 frozen cherries 
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180° Celsius. 
Place flour into a bowl and add yogurt.  Mixed together until it's crumbly combined and then use your hands to work it into a ball. If it’s too sticky just add a little flower as you go or too dry add water. Place onto floured surface and knead the dough and allow to sit for five minutes. Cut dough into eighths.
Create a little opening in the centre of a ball and add a cherry.
Close the ball up & place on baking paper.
Repeat with left over dough to make 8 balls. Spray with olive oil spray
Place into the oven for roughly 15 to 20 minutes.
