CARAMILK MUFFINS

Ingredients:
30g self raising flour
30g Slim Mama Shake Vanilla
10g granulated stevia
1 large Egg
30g Nuttlex butter
30g Caramilk cream cheese
30g light cream cheese
10g Avalanche caramilised white drinking choc

Topping ingredients:
30g light cream cheese
30g light ricotta cheese
10g Avalanche caramilised white drinking choc
1 tsp granulated Stevia
2 squares Caramilk
30g light cream cheese
30g light ricotta cheese
10g Avalanche caramilised white drinking choc
1 tsp granulated Stevia
2 squares Caramilk
Directions:
Preheat an oven to 180˚C and spray a 6 silicone muffin tray with extra virgin olive oil spray.
Whisk the eggs, butter, both cream cheeses, Avalanche Caramilised white drinking choc and stevia together until smooth.
Add the Slim Mama Shake & flour to mixture and combine.
Divide the batter into the muffin molds.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
To make the topping, mix all ingredients (except the Caramilk squares) together in a bowl until smooth. Spread topping onto each muffin.
Melt one square of Caramilk in a microwave safe bowl and drizzle a little onto each muffin.
Cut up the other Caramilk square and sprinkle some onto each muffin.
