2 x Brioche Gourmet Brioche Sliders
10g Caramilk Philadelphia cream cheese
20g Chobani vanilla yoghurt
5g Avalanche caramelised white drinking chocolate
10g Caramilk Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 tsp unsweetened almond milk
1 square Caramilk
In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, yoghurt, drinking chocolate and Slim Mama Shake until combined and set aside.
Prepare the brioche buns by using a knife to cut a hole through the side so it goes all the way through.
Grab a sandwich bag and scoop in the the filling. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag and fill each brioche bun.
Once filled, grab another small bowl and mix together the topping cream cheese and almond milk until combined.
Spoon over the topping on each brioche bun.
Cut up the square of Caramilk into small pieces and sprinkle over the top.
NOTE: This recipe makes 2 donuts, if you would like to make more just double or triple the ingredients.
