CARAMILK ICE CREAM SANDWICH
6 x Brioche Gourmet Brioche Sliders
150g Peters sugar free ice cream
3 square Caramilk
First prepare the Caramilk by chopping it up into small chunks and set aside.
Scoop ice cream into bowl and stir in Caramilk chunks.
Using a muffin tray divide mixture into a 6 hole muffin tray holes and using a spoon smooth out the ice cream.
Place in freezer for 1-2 hours to harden.
Once hardened prepare the brioche buns by cutting them in half and placing them in the airfyer at 180˚C for 5 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Once done, take out the ice cream rounds and sandwich them between each brioche bun.
