Blondie layer:
1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
3 tbsp peanut butter, melted
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp granulated stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt

“Caramel” layer:
1 cup dates, soaked in hot water until soft then drained
2 tbsp peanut butter, melted

Preheat oven to 180°C. Blend blondie layer ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add to a lined dish and bake for about 20 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Blend “caramel” ingredients in a food processor until combined. Spread mixture on top of cooled blondie layer and place in the freezer to harden. Cut into 10 slices and store in the freezer until you’re ready to eat.
