1 3/4 cup oat flour  
1 scoop vanilla Slim Mama Shake 
Pinch salt 
1 tsp granulated stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cocoa powder 
1 tbsp milk (we used unsweetened almond milk)
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips 
Stir oat flour, Slim Mama Shake, maple syrup, salt, stevia, vanilla and applesauce in a bowl until a dough forms. Add more oat flour if too sticky, or applesauce if too dry. 
Split the dough in half and put one half in another bowl. Add the cocoa and milk to one half and stir until combined. 
Add chocolate chips to the other half and stir. Press the chocolate dough in an even layer at the bottom of 8 muffin tins. 
Add the cookie dough layer on top and evenly press onto the bottom layers. Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
