BOUNTY PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients:
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tsp coconut flour
2 tsp almond flour
2 tbsp Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp low fat yoghurt (coconut or vanilla flavour we used chobani)
Coating:
100g dark chocolate
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the coating ingredients. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Roll into 12 balls and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Microwave the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl (be careful not to burn) and then coat the balls in chocolate.
Store in the fridge.
