Base layer:
1/4 cup peanut butter 
2 + 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut flour 
2 tsp almond meal 
1 scoop Chocolate Slim Mama Shake
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips 
Biscoff layer:
2 tbsp Biscoff 
2 tbsp coconut oil 
2 tbsp maple syrup 
Line a small square baking tin with parchment and spray with oil.
Add all base ingredients (expect the dark choc chips) into a food processor and process until a thick batter forms. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk and process again. It should be between brownie batter and cookie dough. Place mixture into a bowl and mix in dark choc chips.
Press into lined pan. Set in the fridge for 1 hour.
Once it is set, prepare the biscoff layer.
Melt the base layer ingredients all together in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave and stir until smooth.
Pour over base. Freeze to set.
