1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup oat flour
1 scoop Slim Mama shake (choc or vanilla)
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp milk (we used unsweetened almond milk)
1/3 cup biscoff spread
In a bowl combine the oat flour, almond meal, Slim Mama shake, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and milk. Mix until it sticks together and press into a silicone mini muffin tins. When pressing the mixture into the tins be sure to make it into a cup so you can put the biscoff mixture inside. 
Freeze for 5 mins while you melt biscoff.
Melt the biscoff in a microwave (melt in 15 second intervals to avoid burning). Remove base from the freezer and spoon the biscoff into the middle of each cup. Return to freezer for 10-15 mins.
Remove each cup from the silicone tray. Store in a container in the fridge.
