BISCOFF 98 CALORIE PROTEIN BARS
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp almond meal
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
1 tbsp Biscoff Spread (slightly melted)
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients (except the dark chocolate chips) together in a bowl until combined.
Set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Take out the mixture and mould into 5 bars.
Place bars on a plate lined with baking paper. Mixture might be a little soft, which makes them fiddly to make into bars but that’s normal.
Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second intervals so you don’t burn the chocolate.
Drizzle chocolate over bars.
Set in the freezer. Leave them in the freezer for a firmer textures bar.
