AIR FRYER FRIED ICE CREAM

Ingredients
4 scoop low calorie ice cream (we used halotop)
2 cups corn flakes
1 egg
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Directions
Roll 4 scoops of ice cream into balls.
Place into a silicon muffin tray or onto baking paper and pop it them into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Just before taking them out, using a food processor blend cornflakes to make crumbs.
Grab the frozen scoops of ice cream and roll each ball in the cornflakes, then place them back into the freezer for another 1-2 hours.
Just before taking them out again, whisk together the egg and unsweetened almond milk in a bowl. 
Take the ice cream balls out of the freezer and dip each ball into the egg mixture, followed by the cornflakes and set for an hour in the freezer.
Repeat the egg and cornflakes step one more time.
Pop that back in the freezer for 1-2 hours (or as long as you can wait) before air frying.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 2 minutes.
Place ice cream balls into the air fryer for 2 minutes.
Serves: 4
