100 CALORIE CHOC BROWNIE

Ingredients:
50g Self raising flour
1 scoop Chocolate Slim Mama Shake
5g Cocoa powder
250g Apple sauce
40g Biscoff spread
250ml Unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 170˚C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix in the flour, Slim mama Shake and cocoa powder.
Once your dry mixture is combined, add in the apple sauce, melted biscoff and milk then mix to create a batter.
Pour the mixture into your pan.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Slice into 8 and enjoy.
