YOGHURT CUPS

Ingredients:
1 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (vanilla or choc)
Optional toppings:
Frozen blueberries
Dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Pour into muffin tins and place optional toppings on top.
Place in freezer to set.
