WEETBIX PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients:
1 scoop of Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
2 Weetbix, crushed
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter, melted
100ml milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
40g white or dark choc chips

Directions:
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl add the dry ingredients, and stir to combine.
Pour in the milk and peanut butter, combine, then fold through the choc chips. Using your hands, start to mould the mixture into a dough, and roll flat into the base of your slice tray.
Place in the fridge or freezer to set for at least an hour, before cutting into 5 bars.
