WEETBIX PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients:
3 weetbix⁠
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (vanilla or choc)
1 tbsp cocoa powder⁠
1 cup dates soaked for 10 minutes in boiling water⁠ then drained
1 tbsp peanut butter⁠
2 tbsp milk ⁠of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
2-4 tbsp desiccated coconut

Directions:
Add weetbix, Slim Mama Shake, cocoa powder and dates and blend in food processor until you have a soft dough. ⁠
Add in the peanut butter and milk then process again until the dough comes together. You should be able to pinch the dough together and have it stick if not, add a little bit more milk.
Roll into 10 balls and set in the fridge. Once set, roll into desiccated coconut.
