SWEET POTATO + KALE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients:
For base:
2 scoops Slim Mama Shake (chocolate)
500g Sweet Potato (peeled and finely diced)
1 cup Kale
200g Medijool Dates
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder
Pinch sea salt
For topping:
100g dark chocolate chips
100g coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Stream sweet potato and kale until soft. Once done, place in a food processor with dates and combined until a smooth texture.
Add all other base ingredients and combine well.
Pour mixture into a square baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Let sit to cool.
In the meantime prepare topping.
Combine all topping ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and combined.
Pour chocolate sauce over brownie and place in fridge to set.
