PROTEIN OAT BISCUITS

Ingredients:
Biscuit:
1 cup oats
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Topping:
40g dark chocolate
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 160°C. 
Line a baking tray with baking paper. 
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl. 
Using your hands, divide mixture into 12 balls on the lined baking tray and gently flatten each of them. 
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. 
Once cooled, melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals to not burn the chocolate.
Drizzle chocolate over each biscuit. 
Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
