PEANUT BUTTER + CHIA BLISS BALLS
1/4 cup sultanas
1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
1- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
Desiccated coconut to roll balls into (optional)
Soak sultanas in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Blend sultanas, peanut butter and vanilla in a food processor until well combined.
Add coconut flour, Slim Mama Shake, milk and chia seeds and blend again. If the mixture is too try add more milk.
Roll mixture into balls by squeezing mixture together with your hands. Pour desiccated coconut on a plate and roll balls until covered.
Chill in the fridge until firm, and then store in the fridge or freezer.
