NO BAKE LEMON POPPYSEED ENERGY BITES
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup honey
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake (vanilla)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp poppyseeds
1 tsp granulated stevia
2-4 tbsp milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
Add all ingredients except poppyseeds to a bowl. Stir to combine. Stir in poppyseeds.
Roll into 8 balls. Place on a plate and refrigerate for at least an hour.
