HOT CROSS BUN PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla low fat yoghurt ⁠
1/2 cup coconut flour ⁠
1 scoop SLIM MAMA SHAKE - Chocolate⁠
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp allspice
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup sultanas
20g white chocolate
Extra cinnamon and granulated stevia for optional coating
Directions:
Place all ingredients except white chocolate into a large mixing bowl and mix ingredients to combine.
Set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Roll mixture into 8 balls and place into the fridge to set for approximately 20 minutes. ⁠
Sprinkle cinnamon and granulated stevia in a small bowl and mix. Roll each ball in cinnamon mixture.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl. Using a small piping bag or the end of a spoon to make a cross on each ball.
