EASY LEMON CHEESECAKE CUP

Ingredients:
3 tbsp light cream cheese
170g tub of low fat yoghurt (we used chobani)
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake Vanilla flavour
1 tbsp granulated stevia
1 tsp lemon juice
3 Gullon Sugar Free biscuits from Woolworths

Directions:
In a bowl whisk all the ingredients except the biscuits until all the lumps are gone.
Crush the biscuits up into two small ramekins or cups (option to save a little to sprinkle on top) and pour over cheesecake mixture.
