EASTER EGG PROTEIN BALLS
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla low fat yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking cocoa powder
1 tsp granulated stevia
1 scoop SLIM MAMA SHAKE (choc or vanilla)
1 tsp vanilla essence
100g dark chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except dark chocolate into a large mixing bowl and mix ingredients to combine.
Set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Roll mixture into 16 balls, and place into the fridge to set for approximately 20 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl.
Drop balls into chocolate to cover then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and set into fridge until chocolate has set.
Optional - decorate with 100’s & 1000’s
