CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS
2 cups puffed rice cereal (we used Freedom Foods Protein Crunch cereal)
1/2 cup peanut butter, slightly melted
3 tbsp honey
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Mix all the ingredients, except the dark choc chips in to a bowl. Roll mixture into 12 balls and freeze until set.
In a microwave safe bowl add the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave. Melt in 30 second intervals to not burn the chocolate.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the balls and place in the fridge until hardened.
Keep balls in fridge.
