COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained⁠
2 scoops Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
100g baking dark chocolate

Directions:
In a food processor blend the drained chickpeas until a smooth consistency. ⁣⠀⁠
Add in Slim Mama Shake, coconut flour and milk, keep blending until a thick cookie dough consistency. You may need to adjust the amount of milk, add more if it’s too dry. Try not to make it the mixture too wet otherwise it will be hard to work with. ⁣⠀⁠
⁣Roll cookie dough into 10 balls, freeze for 2 hours.⠀⁠
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and roll each ball in the chocolate to coat. ⁣⠀⁠
Return to freezer to set for 10 minutes⁣. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
