CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER JAM CUPS

Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp creamy peanut butter, slightly melted
1 tbsp Slim Mama Shake (chocolate)
¼ cup raspberry or strawberry jam
Directions:
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for approx 1 minute or until chocolate chips and coconut oil are melted (make sure not to burn). Once melted, mix to combine.
Spoon 1 tsp to 1½ tsp melted chocolate into each small muffin tin hole (you should still have half of the chocolate left over for the tops). Rotate and tilt muffin liners to coat chocolate on the sides.
Place in freezer to chill. While in freezer, make the filling. Add peanut butter, Slim Mama Shake and jam to a bowl. Mix until smooth and combined.
Spoon 1 tsp of the filling into each muffin liner and press to flatten out the top. Add more chocolate over top of each to cover the filling. Place in freezer again until chocolate is hardened.
