CHOC PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients:
For base:
6 corn thins
2 tbsp almond meal
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
For topping:
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil

Directions:
Crush up corn thins and add to a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients for the base and combine
Place into a lined baking dish.
Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave safe bowl and pour over base.
Put slice in the freezer to set. Cut into 10 slices. Store in the fridge.
