CHOC PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients:
Base:
40g baking dark chocolate
Filling:
1.5 scoops Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
1 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp low fat yoghurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, be careful not to burn it.
Divide chocolate into 6 silicon cupcake moulds. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
In a bowl, place all ingredients for the filling and stir until fully combined.
Remove cupcake moulds from the freezer and divide the filling mix into 6 even portions.
Place in the freezer to set.
