CHOC BROWNIE COOKIES


Ingredients: 
400g tinned chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp bi-carb soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp granulated stevia
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 160˚C and line a tray with baking paper. Place drained chickpeas, peanut butter, bicarb, cocoa, Slim Mama Shake, honey and stevia into a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir through chocolate chips and drop a tablespoon of mixture on the baking tray, allowing room to spread, and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Allow cooling on a baking tray before serving.
