BISCOFF PROTEIN BALLS
2 scoops Slim Mama Shake (choc or vanilla)
½ cup Biscoff spread
4 Biscoff biscuits
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
6-8 tbsp milk of choice (we chose unsweetened almond milk)
Add biscuits to food processor. Pulse until broken up finely. Add Slim Mama Shake, coconut flour, cinnamon and process until combined.
Add biscoff spread, honey, vanilla extract and a few tbsp of milk. Process again until a thick dough forms. If crumbly, add more milk. It should be like a thick, cookie dough-like consistency.
Roll into 12 round balls. Place in fridge to set.
