BANANA PUMPKIN BARS


Ingredients
1 banana, ripe
2/3 cup (50g) pumpkin, cubes
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp Slim Mama Shake (vanilla)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp stevia
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Directions
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Steam pumpkin, let it cool then mash in a bowl. Mash banana and add to pumpkin.
Add rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Line a brownie baking tray with baking powder. Spread mixture into tray. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
