BANANA CHERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
1 scoop of SLIM MAMA SHAKE (choc or vanilla)
1/4 cup low-fat milk or milk of choice
1/2 cup pitted cherries (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 banana, frozen

 

Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender or bullet.
Keep blending for 2-3 minutes as the air starts to aerate the mixture (it will start to triple in size).
Serve!
