ALMOND YOGHURT CUPS

 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 scoop SLIM MAMA SHAKE vanilla
 
Directions:
Blend almonds, honey, coconut oil and desiccated coconut until combined. Press into a muffin tin or patty cases.
Mix together yoghurt and SLIM MAMA SHAKE into a bowl. Add a teaspoon of yoghurt to each. Pop in the freezer to set. Keep stored in the freezer.
