32 CALORIE BROWNIE BITES

Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp peanut butter, melted
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 scoop Slim Mama Shake (either flavour)
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp maple syrup 
3 tbsp milk of choice (we chose unsweetened almond milk)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.Line a loaf tin with baking paper and spray with extra virgin olive oil. Blend together all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Add mixture to the tin, spread evenly with a spoon and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely in fridge. Slice into 16 mini brownies or 8 larger brownies.Store in the fridge.
