TUNA AND CHICKPEAS JAR SALAD


Ingredients:
1/4 cup chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup purple cabbage, chopped
1 can tuna in olive oil, drained
1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, chopped

Directions:
Divide ingredients among mason jar starting with chickpeas, cabbage, tuna, lettuce and tomato. Place lid on and close tight.
When ready to eat, pour into a bowl and enjoy with your favourite fat free salad dressing!

Calorie per serve: 249 (without dressing)
